SPEAKING & DISTRICT PARTNERSHIPS

Helping schools and districts communicate clearly and accessibly.

Every educator is already making design decisions. My goal is to help them make those decisions more intentionally.

SEEING COMMUNICATION THROUGH A DESIGN LENS

Practical strategies educators can apply the very next day.

One of my favorite parts of my work is helping educators see their everyday communication through a design lens.

I've presented on digital accessibility and inclusive design at conferences across the country, sharing practical strategies educators can immediately apply to the materials they already create.

Whether it's a classroom presentation, a family newsletter, a district website, or a PDF sent home: small design decisions have a big impact on how easily people understand information.

Accessibility Communications Checklist

A practical resource I use during workshops and district accessibility audits to help teams review digital communication through an accessibility lens.

FROM CONVERSATIONS TO PARTNERSHIPS

Working alongside district teams to remove barriers to accessibility and learning

As accessibility requirements continue to evolve, districts are taking a closer look at the documents and digital resources they share with families.

I work alongside district teams to review existing materials, identify accessibility barriers, and recommend practical improvements. This ends up being a major help to schools aiming to communicate more effectively while supporting current standards and preparing for upcoming federal requirements.
