When designing for friEdOnline, I don't just create online courses. I design complete learning experiences from the ground up.
Every decision is intentional: how learners navigate, when they interact, what they create, how information is presented, and how motivation is maintained from beginning to end.
My background in graphic design, classroom teaching, and instructional design lets me blend visual communication with sound pedagogy to build courses that are practical, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to complete.

A SIGNATURE FRIEDTECH THEME
Build your own food truck company.
friEdTech prides itself on bringing a fun, memorable theme to every learning experience. In this course, learners put their Google skills to work launching their very own food truck company. Think menus, branding, budgets, all of it!
It's a project they can apply immediately in the classroom, and even run with students as a fun way to learn the very tools they'll use every day.

Built for All Inclusive Design Course
Designing an accessibility course that helps educators create learning experiences for every student.
Accessibility is often introduced as a checklist or a set of compliance requirements. I wanted to create something different.
Built for All is a six-hour professional learning course for K–12 educators that explores how small, intentional design decisions can remove barriers for students with IEPs, multilingual learners, and everyone in between, without lowering expectations or changing what students are capable of achieving.
The course draws on research from education, graphic design, cognitive science, and accessibility standards to help educators see their everyday materials through a new lens. While the examples focus on classroom instruction, the same ideas naturally extend to school and district communication with families.
